The budget of Rp 50 billion allocated by Jakarta Binamarga Department for road widening and flyovers construction project is considered quite rational.

"The amount is rational if the department wants to build a new road using concrete material," said Jakarta Financial Management Body (BPKAD) Head, Heru Budi Hartono, Thursday (7/2).
Heru told, the budget amounts more comparable with the total length of project which starts from Daan Mogot to Kedung Panjang for 12 to 18 meters. Besides that, the budget cap which prepared won't also be used entirely for the project.

Heru admitted that he will monitor the system and concept that will be used in the project. Moreover, if the related department uses the latest concrete technology, he said the road construction could be done for only 8 hours.
"The road construction which is not standard will also be demolished and reformed again," he uttered.
